Choose your payment
You can choose to pay all at once and receive the discounted cash price or you can choose to pay over time with installment payments. You choose the payment option that works best for you.
We take care of everything else
To buy land from us, all we need is some basic information. Once the land is paid for we will send you a Warranty Deed that has been recorded in your name with the county. It really is that simple.

All purchases are done with easy to understand legal documents. You’re welcome to have your attorney review them with you.
When you reserve a property, the payment goes toward the purchase price and the 30-day guarantee starts.
Down payments, monthly payments, and terms are flexible
The down payment and monthly payments listed are the minimums; you can always pay the property off faster.
There are never any prepayment penalties with owner financing. We encourage early payment by offering a 12-month same as cash incentive.
You are welcome to go visit any property any time you'd like to make sure it is right for you.
We charge a $49 fee for document preparation.
For owner financing, we charge $5 per month to manage the note and prepare year end tax documents for you.
If owner financing, annual property taxes and HOA dues (if applicable) are prorated and added to your monthly payment.
